Tubular truss structure is a type of spatial grid structure system. It forms a building structure with both stability and aesthetics through the intersecting welding of chords and web members. Currently, the commonly used tubular truss forms include circular steel tube trusses and rectangular (square) steel tube trusses. Tubular trusses can be designed as planar trusses or spatial trusses, with more diverse and flexible shapes, which can be in various forms such as straight lines, curves, or curved surfaces, adapting to architectural aesthetic needs.

 

     Design Technology     

Bafang Steel Structure space frame adopts finite element analysis, three - dimensional modeling, and whole - process optimization design. Common design software includes professional design software such as 3D3S, midas, YJK, etc., and software such as tekla and Rhino are used for processing and lofting. Common steel materials include Q235B, Q355B, etc. During the design process, different structural schemes are compared, and the structural layout is optimized to achieve the optimal balance between economy and safety.

 

     Production Technology     

Bafang Steel Structure adopts a numerical control production line, including intelligent numerical control plasma 3D cutting machines and automatic pipe bending machines, which can control the processing accuracy of rod pieces within ± 1.0mm, the accuracy of pipe bending radius within ± 5.0mm, and ensure that the intersecting ports of components are uniform and smooth, which can fit perfectly. All operating welders have national recognized welder vocational qualifications to ensure that the welding quality is not lower than the requirements of the Code for Welding of Steel Structures. The surface of components can adopt anti - corrosion measures such as paint spraying and galvanizing, and the anti - corrosion life can exceed 15 years.

 

     Construction Technology     

The tubular truss structure is assembled with ground jigs, and ground setting - out control points are set to ensure the accurate positioning of each component. A detailed welding plan is formulated to ensure the welding quality of hidden welds. The installation of tubular trusses can adopt single truss hoisting or integral hoisting of multiple trusses. The lifting point position and lifting center are carefully calculated during hoisting to ensure construction safety.

The tubular truss structure is a spatial force - bearing system, which can easily achieve a span of more than 60 meters, and currently can achieve a span of more than 200 meters. The members of the tubular truss are mainly connected by welding, without being limited by accessories such as bolts.
